As part of the Curiosities exhibition (16th – 26th April), multi-disciplinary artist Kate Eggleston-Wirtz will be offering an evening of fun and creativity as participants makes a quirky mobile (a flying pig with eggs) to take away.
Set within the exhibition space, participants will be surrounded and inspired by Kate’s surreal 3-D assemblage sculptures. The artist will talk about her work and share
various collage techniques that participants can apply whilst making their delightful creation.
Kate has over 40 years of experience working as an artist and creative practitioner. She is originally from the US and has lived in the North West of England for over 25 years. She has also lived and worked in Turkey and France, thus brings a global perspective to all aspects of her work.
